BA Express is now offering Open Training Sessions now through tryouts in May. These sessions are open to all players, no matter their current club affiliation, to get a feeling for a teams training style and structure and to show their ability in a low stress environment. These sessions are not tryouts.

Age groups change for the fall 2026 season. Find your age group below. Players are encouraged to attend the session for the age group they will compete in during the 2026/2027 soccer season.
