Scrimmage and Special Training Session (STS) Requests at ISSC
For BASC teams ONLY
Scrimmages may be scheduled by BASC teams for play at ISSC so long as at least one team is an official BASC team and a uniformed/licensed referee officiates the game. Scrimmages are afforded a 90-minute time block.
The BASC Referee Assignor can assist coaches in finding a referee but is not required to ensure a referee is located and/or scheduled. Referee Assigning Fee – If you would like BASC to assign a referee to your scrimmage, the fee is $5.00 per referee assigned. (Referee pay is separate than the assigning fee.) Payment for the referee’s service is to be negotiated between the coach and referee and should be paid at the field. All scrimmages must be requested via the form in the Submit Request tab & be paid for at least 13 days prior to the requested date.
Scrimmage requests have several administrative approvals which may take several days to process. If you have not received an email from the Scheduler regarding your scrimmage request after 2-3 business days, please email: games@basoccer.club.

BASC Teams ONLY
Single session and multi session requests can now be requested at ISSC by BASC teams. The training session has to be coordinated and directed by a licensed coach or trainer.
Special Training Sessions are part of BASC continuing soccer curriculum, and the licensed coach shall provide training on a soccer curriculum topic as recommended by the BASC Head Coach. Training sessions are afforded a 90-minute time block. All Special Training Sessions should be requested via the form in the Submit Request tab & be paid for at least 13 days prior to the requested date.

Please Read if you plan to rent a turf field.
USER agrees to abide by the BASC Turf Field Policy which states that food and drink on the turf surfaces shall be limited to Water Only, no sports drinks, no gum, no food, no seeds, no sharp objects, no stakes, no tobacco, no pets, no bicycles. Molded Cleats or Athletic Shoes Only! Signage expressing such shall be maintained in areas around and leading to the turf fields. Violation of the policy by players, team officials or associated spectators will result in a fine of $100, payable by the associated team. Failure to pay turf field violation fines or repeated violations may result in forfeiture of turf field use privileges as decided by the BASC Executive Board.
USER agrees that there shall be no movement of any turf field goals or weighted bags on turf surfaces. Movement of turf field goals or weighted bags shall be performed only by persons expressly authorized by BASC. Any turf field goals not in use shall be moved to the designated storage area and secured in a safe manner only by persons expressly authorized by BASC. Violation of this policy by players, team officials or associated spectators may result in a fine of $100, payable by the associated team. Failure to pay turf field violation fines or repeated violations may result in forfeiture of turf field use privileges as decided by the BASC Executive Board.
USER agrees that if turf field corner flags are requested, it will be the responsibility of BASC to add, move or remove the corner flag base and flags from turf fields. Violation of this policy by players, team officials or associated spectators may result in a fine of $50 and to pay the cost to replace or repair any corner flags/bases that are lost/stolen/damaged during field usage. Failure to pay turf field violation fines, repairs or replacement of corner flags/bases or repeated violations may result in forfeiture of turf field use privileges as decided by the BASC Executive Board.

SUBMISSION & SCHEDULING
All sessions must be requested via this online JotFormAll requests must be submitted at least 13 days in advance of the first session.
Fields are limited and will be assigned in the order requests are received.
Fields are assigned as either a full or half field, no matter the size of the field.
Teams will be given precedence for turf, when grass is closed, by the order in which the request was originally received.
When grass is closed, as many teams as possible will be fit on turf. This may result in your team not getting its normally requested field size. The goal will be to only move your field size up or down one size (11v11 to 9v9) but reserve the right to move it two as a last case scenario if needed.
Available timeslots are 6pm and 7:30pm, Monday – Friday.
Sessions will be assigned through GotSport. Your field assignments will be found in your GotSport account the same as league games. (Team Management / Matches)
All sessions will be scheduled at ISSC, but with a slightly different complex name than what is used for games (ISSC – Internal Scheduling ONLY)
CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations will need to be submitted via an email to games@basoccer.club with the date and session number specified within the email.Cancellations for anything besides extreme weather will need to be submitted no less than 48 hours in advance.
Extreme weather cancellations need to be submitted by noon the day of the extreme weather, to not be charged for the session.
If a team no shows or cancels after the specified deadline, the team will be charged for the session.
If the lightning detectors prevent a session from happening, the team will not be charged for the session.
PAYMENTS
Teams will be billed within the first week of the month for the prior month’s usage with a net 10-day payment requirement.If the outstanding balance is not paid in full within the 10 days, all future sessions will be suspended until the payment is received.
Invoices will be emailed to the teams Head Coach.
