Buddies

Each player is paired with a trained volunteer Buddy who keeps them safe, engaged, supported and having fun — all season long, building real trust and confidence.

Trained coaches

TOPSoccer coaches and administrators complete US Youth Soccer education and certification, so every activity can be adapted for each player to succeed.

Grouped by ability

Players are grouped by ability, not just age, so they develop at their own pace alongside others with similar abilities.

Social skills

Players interact with their Buddy and other athletes in a fun group setting.

Teamwork

Players learn to trust and rely on someone else through soccer activities and games.

Perseverance

Players are encouraged to keep trying and overcome challenges.

Confidence

Success on the field carries over to life off the field.
