U10 and older Rec teams are subject to promotion to the OSA Traveling Recreational Select League based on team performance.

BASC abides by Oklahoma Soccer Association’s Bylaws and Policies & Registration Rules and ProceduresOklahoma Soccer Association’s ORL policies as applicable.  For example, a question may be asked if a U11 thru U19 registered competitive player can register and play on a recreational team. Here is the answer: OSA Policy 8.06.1 states that – Dual registration is allowed per USYSA guidelines, with the following exceptions: that dual registration is permitted only under the conditions set down by the association in which the players are registered and that no player registered to a competitive team may also be registered to a recreational team.
