Regular Registration Period

Broken Arrow Soccer Club will be accepting player registration for 3 MONTHS. Player registration opens October 17, 2025, and player registration closes on January 17, 2026. There will be no exceptions to extend this 3 MONTH sign up period.

Regular registration fee is $115.00 from October 17, 2025, thru January 17, 2026.

SPRING Season runs Second WEEKEND in March through mid MAY.

Wait list details

Wait List starts January 18, 2026

Adding your player to the wait list does not guarantee placement on a team.

Registration for the wait list is through GotSport and is the same process as regular registration except for the payment portion. You will need to put your credit card information in, but will not be charged unless your player is removed from the wait list and placed on a team.

The wait list is maintained by the BASC Registrar who will assess all teams in an age class and gender group and determine if there are openings on teams per the size limits per age group.

You will be notified if your player is accepted within the next couple weeks.

If BASC is able to place your child on a team from the wait list, the fee will be $135.00.

Registration

Birth Certificate Requirement

If you are registering a new player to BASC or a player that hasn’t played for BASC since before fall 2020,
a copy of their birth certificate will be required to be uploaded during registration.

If you do not have a copy of your child’s birth certificate, email birthcertificate@basoccer.club for additional help.

Play up & Rec Select Forms

Important

If you are registering for the first time with BASC, you will have to create a NEW account when you register. Once your account is created, make sure to select your child to register as the player, not yourself.

Be Aware… Parents can sometimes ACCIDENTALLY try to register themselves and not the player. If you get through registration and it shows no payment options are available, this is probably what happened.

Trouble Registering?

If you are having issues with registration, you will need to log into your GotSport account and Click the blue Support Button (bottom left hand side once you log in) to submit a support ticket. GotSport no longer takes phone calls.

If you need to reset your password, follow these INSTRUCTIONS. (be sure to check your junk/spam folders)

If you do not receive an email from GotSport Support, you may have used an alternative email for your USER ID. Please try logging into your account with another email address as your USER ID.
