Coaches (New & Returning)

All Requests are due by 5pm on August 7th for the Fall 2026 season.
RETURNING COACHES:
If you do not respond by the deadline, then your field time and location will be given away to the next coach in line who has requested a spot in that location.
NEW COACHES or RETURNING COACHES
who are changing your practice field day and/or location
If you are a returning coach and want to change a practice day or field, please enter “NO” when asked if you want to keep the same practice field as last season then select the field and days you want as your first selection and your current field as your second selection.
Be sure to list three locations that you would like to practice at as your first choice may not be available.

Once you have been assigned a practice field, please use only the practice field you have been assigned. BASC has many fields around Broken Arrow that we as a club have been given permission to use. There are also a few fields that are privately owned and only certain teams have been granted permission to use. If you are using a private field that you have not been given permission to use, the land owner may consider it as trespassing and law enforcement could become involved. If you are currently in violation of using an unauthorized practice field, contact the BASC 3rd VP in order that we can find your team an available BASC practice field.
If you need to change practice field locations (after the season starts) or have a general question about BASC practice locations, please contact the BASC 3rd VP at practicefield@basoccer.club.
Coaches may also utilize other private fields with approval of the property owner. In such cases, the coach shall obtain a signature of the property owner on the below release from and turn in the form to the Club 3rd VP who is over practice fields at practicefield@basoccer.club. Coaches are responsible for maintenance of such fields and securing all goals properly. For assistance in securing your goals, contact the Club 3rd VP.
