Please Read Carefully
This policy is in effect as of August 2025.
Contact the opposing coach to inform them that you need to reschedule your game and discuss and agree upon two (2) new dates and time frames (morning, afternoon, evening) for the potential reschedule.
– Communication between both coaches must be in written form (email, text, etc.) as it will need to be uploaded into the reschedule form.
– Both Coaches must be in agreement for both potential dates.
– If you do not have dates agreed upon before the Reschedule Policy timeline, you will need to submit the online reschedule form to pull your game off of the schedule to keep it an In Policy reschedule.
– Once dates are agreed upon, a new reschedule form will need to be filled out to place the game back on the schedule.
Review the tabs to the left to determine which type of reschedule you will be submitting. Most reschedules (if submitted before the deadline) are In Policy Reschedules and are free. Be sure to review the others as well, as there is a cost associated with all Out of Policy Reschedules and rescheduling the same game more than once.
There is never a cost associated with a reschedule due to the complex closing as long as the reschedule request is submitted within the In Policy timing.
In the BASC Closed and BA Academy Leagues, the cancelling team should fill out the reschedule form.
In the OSA Open, Rec+, OSA Academy or OPL, OPC or NPL Frontier Leagues, the BASC/BAEX team should fill out the form.
Submit the request here: BASC TEAM Reschedule Request Form
After submission, please give the scheduler 3-4 business days to process your request. At the very beginning of the season, the response time may be longer due to the amount of reschedules that come in at once. The Scheduler processes reschedules according to the date of the game being changed, not the date the reschedule was submitted.
This procedure is for games at ISSC only. If you need to reschedule a game at a different complex, then you will need to work with the opposing team’s coach and scheduler. BASC only has access to make changes to games at ISSC.
For In House Leagues – Rain out mass reschedules will be set to each coach following a rainout.
For All Other leagues – teams must reschedule games cancelled due to weather with the opponent and submit via the online reschedule form.
If you choose to move your home game from ISSC to another complex, BASC/BAEX cannot send referees to a visiting club and will not pay the referees for any rescheduled games played outside of ISSC.
Both coaches will need to agree on two (2) available reschedule dates/timeframes that suit both teams. DO NOT submit the online form until BOTH teams agree on two separate dates/timeframes.
A valid reason must be submitted for a reschedule. Rescheduling games causes issues/concerns for both teams, managers, families and the facility. Valid reasons would include participating in a tournament, shortage of players due to ACT tests, etc. Missing a coach or key player would NOT be considered a valid reason.
If the opposition will not agree to the reschedule, the game will be played on the original date and location, or it will be regarded as a forfeit. The only exception to this is if it is a request for a sanctioned tournament.
In the event of a forfeit, one of the teams should notify the Games Scheduler at games@basoccer.club, the Game Commissioner at commissioner@basoccer.club, and the opponent of a the forfeit.
Reschedules will not be processed after 3pm on weekdays, on weekends or holidays.

We encourage you to reschedule the game as early as possible in the season, as the later the season fields have limited availability due to tournaments, scheduled games, tryouts as well as our usually stormy spring and fall weather
If your information is not submitted correctly, the reschedule request will be rejected. Coaches will be notified and will need to provide the correct information before the game will be rescheduled. This may cause you to miss your requested reschedule day depending on how far in advance the request is submitted and additional information provided.
