BASC operations are governed by the club’s Bylaws and Standing Resolutions.
The Bylaws can be amended at any regular meeting of the club by a 2/3 vote of the membership present and voting, provided that the amendment has been submitted at the previous regular meeting or a special meeting called not less than two weeks prior to the regular meeting.
The Standing Resolutions can be amended at any regular or special meeting of the club by a majority vote of the membership present and voting.
