COACH, MANAGER & PLAYER PASS REQUIREMENTS
All coaches and managers are required to have a laminated coach or manager pass to be in the technical area of the game. Referees will check this. (The coach or manager pass can be a laminated card or GotSport electronic card)
If a coach or manager is in your technical area that does not have an official coach or manager pass, a referee will let them know they cannot be in the technical area of the game. They can observe the game on the spectator side, but not with the team in the technical area.
If a coach cannot attend a match or is dismissed, any credentialed team official from that club may substitute. If a sub is not available the match will be abandoned and referred to G&D for decision.
If a match is abandoned and then rescheduled the team at fault is liable for reschedule fees and the match would be rescheduled at the home of the team not at fault.
No persons other than those checked in by referee may be in the technical area.
Players in the age groups U9 through U19 are required to have a laminated player pass in order to play in a sanctioned league or tournament game. Referees will check this. (The player passes can be laminated cards or GotSport electronic cards)
If a player does not have a player pass, that player cannot play in the game.
Players arriving late must get checked in with the referee prior to going into the technical area.
Player(s) participating in a match without being checked in is cause for forfeit.
