You Need to Know!

$115 registration fee + a $4 GotSport software fee, total of $119 per player. This fee does not include a uniform for the U7 thru U19 players. U6 players receive BASC home and away t-shirts for game day. Online Debit or Credit Card Payment Only. Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.

BASC will be following the new US Soccer mandate for all fall soccer team formations across the United States with the new mandatory age group format. All BASC teams will be formed following the new US SOCCER mandate which now is similar to a ‘school year’ format (August 1 thru July 31) rather than a ‘calendar year’ (Jan 1 thru Dec 31) format. This mandate is being done across all Clubs in Oklahoma and the United States.

Regular Registration Period

Broken Arrow Soccer Club will be accepting player registration for 3 MONTHS. Player registration opens April 17, 2026, and player registration closes on July 25, 2026. There will be no exceptions to extend this 3 MONTH sign up period.

Regular registration fee is $115.00 + $4 GotSport fee thru July 25, 2026.

Fall Season runs first weekend after Labor day in September through mid November.

Wait list details

Wait List starts July 26, 2026

Adding your player to the wait list does not guarantee team placement. Register through GotSport using the standard registration process — you’ll enter credit card info, but won’t be charged unless your player is placed on a team.

The BASC Registrar reviews all teams by age group and gender to determine openings. You’ll be notified within a couple weeks. If placed, the fee is $135 + $4 GotSport fee.

Registration

Birth Certificate Requirement

New players must upload a copy of their birth certificate during registration. If you don’t have one, email birthcertificate@basoccer.club for help.

Important

If you are registering for the first time with BASC, you will have to create a NEW account when you register. Once your account is created, make sure to select your child to register as the player, not yourself.

Be Aware… Parents can sometimes ACCIDENTALLY try to register themselves and not the player. If you get through registration and it shows no payment options are available, this is probably what happened.

Trouble Registering?

If you are having issues with registration, you will need to log into your GotSport account and Click the blue Support Button (bottom left hand side once you log in) to submit a support ticket. GotSport no longer takes phone calls.

If you need to reset your password, follow these INSTRUCTIONS. (be sure to check your junk/spam folders)

If you do not receive an email from GotSport Support, you may have used an alternative email for your USER ID. Please try logging into your account with another email address as your USER ID.
